Michael Ellis is the President of F&B and Culinary Experiences at FEBC group. With more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality and food and beverage industry, Ellis was the former Global Director of the Michelin Restaurant and Hotel Guides and Chief Culinary Officer at Jumeirah Hotels. At FEBC Group, Michael Ellis will share his visionary insight of the Food and Beverage industry and lead the F&B concept vertical, conceptualizing the latest trends, culinary styles, and innovations in design.

Fuelled by a dedication to the hospitality sector and a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, Philip van Hove contributes to the FEBC Group as an Associate focusing on Pre-opening and F&B Concept Development. Originating from the Netherlands, Philip’s educational journey in hospitality management was forged at Hotelschool The Hague, complemented by various professional roles within the F&B scene. His hands-on experience ranges from culinary responsibilities in beach clubs & fine-dining to bar & event management within The Netherlands and extends to operational experience in the Dutch Caribbean. With a background rooted in Europe, Philip is now expanding his expertise to the dynamic Middle Eastern F&B sector.

Throughout his influential career, Simone has worked with some of the world’s leading hospitality groups from Europe, North America, CIS, Asia, and the Middle East. During his tenure he has occupied high-level roles such as Executive Director for international luxury hotel groups, including Marriott International, Hyatt Cooperation, and Accor Group. An expert and visionary hotelier with a vibrant personality, Simone has deep- rooted knowledge and remarkable skills within Food & beverage concept development, project development, pre-openings and hotel operations. Simone specialty lies in the Food & beverage industry, with a forte for the development and operation of hotels, restaurants and bars. With a unique talent he is able to bring a brand vision to life and drive key business objectives.

Driven by a passion for the hospitality and world, of F&B, now working with FEBC as a Project Manager. Born and raised in Dubai but of Indian nationality. Having graduated from the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, my work experience includes front of house & F&B experience at multiple luxury hotel chains in Dubai such Accor Middle East, IHG and Jumeirah Group. At FEBC I specialize in F&B Concept Development and F&B Market Research and Feasibility Studies; with vast experience in the Middle Eastern region.
