INSTALLATION & HANDOVER
Our FF&E and OS&E procurement process is only completed when the goods are on-site, installed and in total working order. Our comprehensive handover service ensures installation is completed to satisfaction. This also involves collating and handover over all warranties, safety certificates and service agreement documents. The final handover phase sees our procurement specialists assess and compare invoices against purchase orders, approve payments to suppliers and provide a final budget overview, which details cost-savings.
FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) includes all the moveable products that go into furnishing a hotel.
We source the products specified by the interior designer of the projects or coordinate with them to find suitable alternatives. FF&E standards often include furniture & equipment beds, headboards, curtains, spa, office desks, decorative lights, and accessories, along with items such as specialist joinery, bedroom and case goods.
Another abbreviation in the hospitality sector is OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment).
These items are essential in making each space functional. Items include towels, glassware, linens, trash bins, coffee machines, hairdryers, minibars and safes. FEBC’s role is to procure these items and ensure they fit our client’s brand standards.
